Rachael Lewis leads business development, client relations, and strategic growth for SRL Enterprises. She works with public agencies, contractors, educational institutions, and community partners to build the relationships that make SRL's work possible. Her background spans both the organizational and operational sides of compliance and workforce development, and she brings a collaborative, solutions-focused approach to every client and partner engagement.

As Managing Director of Corporate Integrity, Risk & Investigations at SRL Enterprises, Carlos provides executive consulting on complex investigations, enterprise risk, and fraud prevention. With more than two decades of experience, he advises organizations on high-risk business matters, investigative processes, governance, and internal controls across highly regulated environments. He manages issues involving project management, regulatory compliance, financial fraud, employee misconduct, and litigation risk.
 
Carlos brings more than eight years of federal prosecution experience, including service with the U.S. Department of Justice’s Fraud Section in Dallas and the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Boston. He also spent five years, combined as a state prosecutor with the New Jersey Attorney General’s Office of the Insurance Fraud Prosecutor and as a financial services regulator with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority in New York City. Earlier in his career, Carlos’s litigation practice focused on business disputes at two prominent New York law firms. He leverages this multidisciplinary background to deliver practical guidance and business recommendations that strengthen risk management and operational effectiveness. He builds high-performing teams, earns stakeholder trust, and uses his fluency in English and Spanish to support cross-border investigations, navigate cultural nuances, and collaborate seamlessly across international boundaries.
